We believe in ongoing training for our employees and technical and product training for our customers to become more knowledgeable as individuals, and to improve efficiency with our products. Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2008 certified at many of our plants, and we are regulatory compliant around the globe.
We support our employees, their families and the economies in our local communities and give back through programs like Habitat for Humanity, the SPCA, and numerous community youth programs. We believe that one of the biggest keys to EP Minerals' success is our people and the relationships we've built with our customers and our distributors. Our customer service team, consistently rated “amazing" by our customers in our annual customer satisfaction survey, is one of the main reasons for these long time relationships. We communicate well within our company and to our customers. Internally we continuously measure and report on key metrics, have weekly department progress updates and quarterly All Hands meetings. Externally, we communicate with our customers in whatever way they like to receive information – email, website, blog, social media and in the best way - in person.
